Spring is here and that means summer is almost upon us. I know everyone keeps saying they want that summer body or homecoming body, but have you done anything to get it yet?
Being a trainer, the number one reason I get for not working out is a lack of time. I have a client right now with a four-month old baby. She spends most of her day with a baby girl in her arms. What can she do? I also have a young lady who is very career driven and spends most of her time traveling. She finds working out very inconvenient. What is she to do? We found that a twenty-minute high intensity #workout works best. It is possible to burn a high amount of calories in a small amount of time! Here are three exercises that are simple and affective.
#3: Reverse Crunches
Can’t go wrong with more core work.
Try doing twenty reps of each exercise as quickly as you can for twenty minutes and make sure to skip the sweet tea after! Nothing like a quick workout to get your day started BSBs!
