Keep a to-do list and a check off list with you at all times. Write down any important information so you wonat forget them. Refer to your list frequently. Add Calendar reminders, alarms and timers to help keep you on track.

Having a drink station is a great way to provide a variety of different types of beverages for your guests. My favorite is the iced tea bar. You can provide 3 to 4 selections of flavored ice tea beverages with a selection of fruit, Fresh Herbs, and Sweeteners.

Tip 6: Take a Breath and Enjoy!

Hosting can be a lot of work. You want to make sure that everything is going according to plan and itas hard to relax when food and drink need to be replenished. AIf you have close friends that are coming asked for help. Assign each individual a task to help relieve some of the pressure. Remember to enjoy yourself and relax because you deserve it!
