He spontaneously got down on 1 knee and professed his love to me and proposed marriage.

When I realized he had a lot of similar traits of my father.
What is the cutest thing he has done for you without you asking?
He buys a lot of “thinking about you” gifts.
What is something you love about him that has completely changed your life?
He is a clean freak and it has inspired me to be more organized and tidy. We complement each other very well because he can always give a different perspective on things.
What part of wedding planning is making you crazy?
The wedding party because guys are not as in tune with the excitement of the wedding. The bridesmaids are all independent it’s hard to get everyone on the same page at all time.
What part of wedding planning can you not live without?
My wedding planner Elana Walker of Savoir-Faire Signature Events. She helped with the stressful things and gave me perspective with things I haven’t thought about. (We will have a feature on this wedding planner coming soon!)
What was your first thought the day after your engagement?
It felt unreal but I was very excited
We love this cute #Black Southern Belle Bride and her southern gentlemen groom. Their wedding day is this Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Treyburn Country Club. We wish them the best of luck on their nuptials and can’t wait to see all the fun and love they have on their day!
