When did you know he was the one?

Even though we were young. Met at 19, I knew I wanted to date with purpose. I knew he was the one because he had a purpose for our relationship. He made it clear early on that he didn’t just want to be my boyfriend, that he saw a future with me and he continuously acted on that. The more I prayed about our relationship, the more things started to work out. I knew that if this was someone God did not want me to be with, he would break it off. Instead we grew closer. I knew he was the one because I trust that God sent him into my life.

What is the cutest thing he has done for you without you asking?

Buy flowers or random gifts.

What is something you love about him that has completely changed your life?

I love the fact that we can pray together. He isn’t afraid to grab my hand and pray about whatever situation that we are facing. Nothing compares to having someone you can feel so comfortable doing anything with, including praying.

What part of wedding planning made you crazy?

All of it! That is why I decided on a intimate ceremony. lol

What part of wedding planning could you not live without?

Find a great photographer. Sooner or later the day becomes a blur, and the only thing that’s left is beautiful pictures as memories.

What was your first thought the day after your engagement?

A million thoughts ran threw our minds.

What was your favorite part about the ceremony?

Sharing vows

What was your favorite part about the wedding?

The intimacy, no distractions.

What is your favorite part about being married to each other?

Being able to do life with your bestfriend. We are a team! Knowing that you have someone that has your back daily is the best part.

What did you learn about each other through the wedding planning process? We learned that we don’t care about the glizt and glamour. We don’t care about others opinions. We only care about what’s important to us! And that is being being happy together. Nothing else matters.
