WALTERBORO, SC – Black Southern Belle (BSB) announces their latest Black Women in Seafood series. The series will amplify the history and heritage of the Black women trailblazers making their mark in the seafood industry.
“From sea to table, Black women have a storied history of contributing to the world of seafood and deserve all the recognition for their accomplishments,” shares Michiel Perry, founder of Black Southern Belle.
The series will focus on historical figures, interviews with innovators, seafood cuisine, chefs, restaurateurs, business owners, artists, dining experiences, and southern coastal destinations with stories that champion Black women and seafood heritage.
