Today we are a new luxury bed and breakfast and event space in High Point. This recently renovated space includes various stylish bedrooms, each of which has undergone many months of custom work from high-profile interior designers Thom Filcia, Alexa Hampton, Celerie Kemble, Tobi Fairley, Barclay Butera, and Madcap Cottage.
Pandora’s Manor is in a 110-year-old High Point home, providing visitors with easy access to Market Square, High Point University, and the downtown area. The B&B, which plans to build a large garden, hopes to pay homage to its own furniture industry history through luxury accommodations and an event space.
The Junior League of High Pointpartnered with Pandora’s Manor to host an open house celebrating the B&B’s grand opening.
We were able to see this beautiful space during High Point Market and wanted to share a few of our design favorites from this boutique hotel.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to partner with the Pandora’s Manor team to help showcase the home and bring awareness to the renovation taking place in the heart of High Point,” said Lauren Picha, Junior League of High Point President.
The home was originally built in the early 1900s to be the family home of furniture manufacturer Henry Frazer, who chose its location because it was within walking distance to downtown High Point and his Myrtle Desk factory. The new makeover highlights the home’s period features, such as its original tall windows, hardwood floors, and wraparound porch, while incorporating on-trend interiors.
This room has the perfect balance of femine and masculine design. A great room for a romantic getaway with your Black Southern Beau!
Talk about fun! Waking up this room will be so much fun and you probably won’t want to leave.
This room is perfect for a solo vacation or a girlfriends getaway. Just the right amount of whimsy and beauty is in this bright and stylish bedroom.
I can never get enough blue and white, especially with a monogram. This room is perfect for the traditional design lover.
We adore this pop of color and greek key rug! Nothing better than a beautiful reading nook when you are on vacation!
The beautifully restored floors of Pandora’s Manor were enough to make me come back soon!
No bed and breakfast in the South is complete without a great front porch and this one was stunning. Just the right mix of tradition and modern style mixed with a great cocktail are just what the doctor ordered.
Wrought iron is the perfect addition to a classic front door.
We love the porch even more from this view!
