This historical site turned gallery includes one of the best locally-made gift shops in metro Atlanta. Spruill Center for Arts – 

Calling all artists of every skill level! The Spruill Center for Arts is the perfect hub to grow, laugh and enjoy all of those passion projects you’ve been accumulating. This center offers a variety of diverse classes for adults, teens and children during the day, evening and weekends. Don’t fret if painting isn’t the thing for you, explore all departments featuring jewelry, ceramics, drawing, sculpture, decorative arts, photography and so much more. Stage Door Players – 

Need to get out of the house and kick-back with some good laughs? Buy a ticket and head to the Stage Door Players professional theatre in Dunwoody. This local theatre has a rich history: created as a community improvement project, the theatre flourished and grew with the evolving development of the city. The production season begins in September and runs through August of the following year. Comedies, Dramas and Musicals all have made a home at the Stage Door Players theatre running Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., with a Sunday matinee showing at 2:30 p.m. Don’t worry about breaking the bank to see these fantastic productions, tickets are $33 for adults and discount tickets are available for seniors, students and youth. 

Painting with a Twist –

Do you love wine? Do you love getting the girls together for nights so fun you almost forget to take a shot for instagram (almost!)? If yes, Painting with a Twist is the ultimate activity for you. Painting with a Twist is a BYOB, instructor-led painting class where the fun never stops. Step-by-step, the instructor will guide you into creating your own masterpiece from one of a kind designs that are customizable to each individual style. Check out the calendar lineup posted on the 1st of every month to choose your painting and reserve your spot. Conveniently located in the same Georgetown Shopping Center is Vino Venue, where you can enjoy classic appetizers and grab a bottle of your choice before strolling down to your paint class.
