We meet as childhood neighbors.

He proposed on a Friday evening while we were in the privacy of our home with our daughter present.

I knew he was the one for me, when he put my well-being before his own!

What is the cutest thing he has done for you without you asking?

I came home from work and he was doing our daughters hair! He did an awesome job with matching burets!

What is something you love about him that has completely changed your life?

I love his dedication and loyalty to his family. He is a family oriented man with great values and beliefs

What part of wedding planning made you crazy?

Nothing made me crazy! I had awesome Besties whom was there for me every step of the way! If I was to even think about going crazy, they intervened!!!!

What part of wedding planning could you not live without?

The entire process was an overall great experience. I have no regrets at all. There is no part that I would exclude or add if we had to do it all over again!!

What was your first thought the day after your engagement?

WOW!!! I’m getting married!!!

What was your favorite part about the ceremony?

Favorite part was my husband wiping tears of joy from my face during the ceremony without smudging my make-up!

What was your favorite part about the wedding?

The wedding consisted of a five day cruise. All five days where Epic! From the days at sea, to the Wedding in the Caymans and traveling to Cozumel the day after!

Did you do any DIY?

Yes I made:

“Survival Bags “for each member attending the wedding. The contained items for survival on a 5 day cruise.

Bridal Party Shoes” – I decorated flip flops for each member of the bridal party to wear from the boat to wedding destination. Bridesmaids remained barefoot during the ceremony.

Decorated Water Bottles– My Matrons and I decorated water bottles to have at the ceremony for guest.

Wedding Invites– My husband and I printed our invitations

Being married to my Best Friend

That we are extremely cool and patient!
