We have two options for this recipe, a mocktail and a cocktail. These are great options for a book club brunch or even a happy hour.
Coffee Cocktail
8 oz brewed coffee
2 oz almond milk liqueur
1 oz coffee vodka
1 oz Caramel Pecan Syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into your favorite mug.
Instant Coffee Mocktail
2 tbs instant coffee
1 tbs sugar
3 tbs hot water
8 oz almond milk
1 oz Caramel Pecan Syrup
Ice
In a small bowl combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water. Whisk mixture vigorously for 15 mins until it becomes a light, frothy foam.
In a glass add ice, and almond milk and syrup. Stir gently, and top with whipped coffee foam and enjoy!
