If you’re anything like me, you are always planning your next amazing outfit and where you will be when you wear it! With New Year’s right around the corner, here is not a better time of year for this is be the sentiment. With us Southern Belles being the audacious women that we are, the possibilities are endless for where we may be when we are met the 2016.
So as you are getting your travel plans booked, and guest lists ready, here are a few ideas for some wonderful ensembles to make you the “Belle of the ball” anywhere!
Partying ‘til Dawn–
Whether you’re planning to be at a swanky lounge in NYC or one of the hotspot clubs in Vegas, it’s important that your outfit is camera ready from every angle. When shopping for the perfect look, go for something that’s sleek, simple, and will make a statement effortlessly. Keep accessories the same, as you will not want anything standing in the way of you dancing to your favorite song with your girls!
House Party to End All House Parties–
If you’re planning to keep it close to home for NYE 2016, and spending the night with friends and fancy hors d’ oeuvres, keep the ensemble comfy and classy. Think about a sparkly crop top, a chunky heel and play up the bottoms to make a true statement. 
Upscale Soiree or Gala-
For those of us that would rather spend the night donning champagne flutes and listening to a live band as the clock strikes 12, a formal gown with all the fixings is the only choice for you. Keep the look modern by going with a trendy hue such as beautiful teal or magenta. Add the shine with your accessories or purse. To top off the look, pull out your favorite (faux) fur that will keep you warm and act as the statement piece that brings the look together.
Dinner for 2-
Planning to do something a little more intimate like time spent with the S.O. (significant other)? Subtle colors like black is always a great choice. Stick to sleek silhouettes to add just the right touch of sexy. Play up the sparkle of the season by adding a metallic shoe or even a print. Adding drop earrings will give the look dimension it needs to make your look ring in the new year!
