Pink and Green Tablescape: Preppy Thanksgiving Inspiration
Pumpkins: Every Thanksgiving table needs a little pumpkin. Try a different look with white and green pumpkins for a clean and classic style. You can pick these up for a bundle at your local grocery store for only a few dollars.
Plates
Take a day to go to your favorite thrift store, antique store, and even your mom’s china collection and find a mix of plates with pink and green backgrounds. I love a unique tablescape and this is a fun way to add style that will be perfect past Thanksgiving.
Flowers
Don’t have time for arrangments, get a set of mums or houseplants and place them in a large vase for any easy to pull together look you can use in your home or give as a gift to your guests.
Vases and Art Buffet
A buffet station can be used to house your drinks and your food. Feel free to jazz it up with some seasonal art and unique vases. I love changing art in my dining room to match the seasons and holidays.
Dining Room Favorites
Place Cards
Try a new way to do place cards and thank you cards at the same time. Select your favorite stationery by giving thanks to your guests and letting them know where to sit at the same time.
Napkins
Classic white linens are always an easy way to add simple elegance to your table and will match no matter what style you choose.
Placemats
Don’t be afraid to use a nontraditional placement for your dining table. Mine has coastal inspiration but you can use whatever is your favorite style. A pop of gold or even a moody deep green would add a perfect touch to any Thanksgiving tablescape.
