Through mutual friends at a cookout.

Four and a half years.

In the presidential suite of the Ritz Carlton surrounded by friends and family.
When did you know he was the one?
When I realized the love he had for my family and our traditions.
What is the cutest thing he has done for you without you asking?
Aaron does such cute things all the time but I enjoy the random notes he leaves in my car, lunch box, pillow etc. the most.
What is something you love about him that has completely changed your life?
Surprisingly, I love his love for sports. I have always been a Cowboys fan (he loves the Redskins) but other than football, I never cared to watch ESPN or other sports. Now I consider myself a fan of college football, soccer, baseball etc.
What part of wedding planning is making you crazy?
The guest list. We have such a large amount of friends and family it is stressful narrowing the list.
What part of wedding planning can you not live without?
Lance (my décor designer) and my mommy.
What was your first thought the day after your engagement?
Thank you Lord for confirming what my heart desired and OMG I’m going to be a wife.
What did you love about taking engagement pictures?
Aaron making me laugh… I hate pictures so he knew the way to capture our personalities was him making me laugh.
Who did you tell first about your engagement?
Everyone was in the room so they all knew!
Are you used to the ring yet?
Of course! It is now what I think about morning, noon, and night! I AM OBSESSED!!
How many times do you accidentally say girlfriend instead of /fiance in a day?
Almost never. I am proud to announce who I am and my new title!
