What is your favorite thing about being a mom?
favorite thing about being a mom is Everything!! the unconditional love, being able to love something so precious that loves you so much more back.. having my life and heart filled with more joy than is imaginable
What do you love about raising your child in the South?
being in the bible belt, keeping the “old school” values and traditions that i grew up on
What are some of their favorite southern dishes to eat? Which does he only eat if you make?
homemade Macaroni and cheese, meatloaf, green beans and corn bread oh and lets not forgot my grandma’s sweet potato pie. Gavyn loves when i make my homemade macaroni and cheese
Why did you choose this location to do the family photo shoot?
It was recommended by our awesome photographer she knows our personality and the right atmosphere to capture it. I grew up in the country so i wanted some place that reminded me of home.
What are your favorite lessons to teach your child?
I think the gift of Love is one of the greatest gifts i could ever teach my son, love everyone the way that God loves us. honesty as well, always tell the truth!
What is your favorite southern activity to do with him?
Going to church on Sunday mornings..Gavyn loves going to church

What southern values do you hope he inherits as he grows up?
Always respect your elders. Patience is a virture. Always trust God in everything you do!.Be your own person and not follower..money doesn’t grow on trees and to always be thankful for the little things
What advice did you get from your mother on parenting?
Some of the best advice that I got from my Mother on parenting that really stuck with me was to” Be careful what you do and say around your children they are a mirror imagine of you..they see everything!”..” Your quality time is the best thing you could give your child”
