I’m passionate about helping people live their best life and I felt the best way I could do that would be do start a business
What is your favorite client story?
I have a lot of great client stories. I think the most memorable client was one that came to me looking for help with weight loss. As we discussed her goals she shared with me the reason why she gained. She began to share a story about how her verbally abusive husband spoke to her. He called her fat, ugly, useless, etc. to point where she started to believe it, and the only way she felt her husband would love her was if she lost weight . Needless to say her two year journey wasn’t just one of weight loss , but also a change in the way she loved herself.

Who are some of your business idols?
I don’t know if I have any , but I do follow Rachel Brathen ( yoga_girl) and her sharing her story and her knowledge and her mentality is inspiring
What is your favorite thing about being southern?
I love everything about a southern girl, from the fashion, to the food, to the location, to the hospitality.
What is your favorite southern dish?
Anything my grandmother makes !
What is the most important thing you have done to build your business?
The most important thing I have done was build relationships with my clients. I understand that I cannot help them unless I know what they need. They , then, spread the word about livlive and how it has helped them.
What are your favorite southern brands?
Active Faith Sports is probably my favor, however I don’t know if it is southern
What is your favorite item or piece of clothing to wear/use while doing business?
I believe the best part about being in the fitness profession is the fact that we get away with wearing workout clothes most of the week
